Thermosets
Tinting of thermosets
GTS line for Gelcoats
Plasticolors GTS colorants have been specifically developed for gel coat applications. The colorants contain highly durable organic and inorganic pigments, dispersed in a monomer free, unsaturated polyester carrier resin.
GTS colorants are developed for use as a tinting system in volumetric and gravimetric dispensing machines.
AM line for Polyester Molding
AM products are the most consistently reactive magnesium oxide dispersions available designed to deliver a specific controlled thickening response. AM products are manufactured usinga technology designed to enhance consistency and predictability of thickening for SMC, BMC and TMC systems.
CF line for Polyesters
CF pigment dispersions for thermoset polyester applications contain organic and inorganic pigments dispersed in a monomer free, unsaturated polyester carrier resin. These dispersions demonstrate excellent compatibility with a variety of polyester and vinyl ester molding systems
DH line for Plasticizers Containing Systems
D pigment dispersions for plasticizer containing systems consist of organic and inorganic pigments suspended in DINCH, a non-phthalate C9 plasticizer. The DH pigment dispersions have been specifically developed for cast elastomer, vinyl, caulk /sealant and cast polymer applications. They can also be used for urethane reaction injection molding, urethane foam and urethane integral skin applications.
DL line for Polyurethanes
DL pigment dispersions for polyurethane applications consist of organic and inorganic colorants dispersed in a 4800 Mw Triol with a hydroxyl number of 35. This carrier has been chosen for excellent compatibility with a wide range of urethane systems.
EDC line for Epoxy Systems
EDC ND pigment dispersions for epoxy applications consist of organic and inorganic pigments milled in a 100% solids epoxy. These colorants contain an additive package that provides excellent color control and handling.
UPL line for Thermoset Urethane Pultrusion
UPL pigment dispersions consist of finely ground organic and inorganic pigments dispersed in a proprietary polyether polyol. The polyol is chosen for its optimal compatibility with urethane pultrusion chemistry and pigments are chosen based on criteria such as good weathering, UV stability, low abrasion and cost.
Colortrend Pearls 2020
Here at Chromaflo Technologies, we're continually exploring innovative tinting technologies to address the challenges faced by paint jobs with low colorant consumption and ever-changing regulatory environment. That's why we've created Colortrend Pearls 2020.
